Do you deliver?
Absolutely! Delivery is Free within 20 miles from our warehouse in Rochester Hills, MI. We can also deliver farther away, if needed! For a Delivery Fee. Enter your address on the Checkout page for an automatic calculation based on distance traveled. We also welcome you to come pick up your sofa at our warehouse, and we're happy to help load it in your truck or trailer.

How quickly can you deliver?
Unlike most big box furniture stores, most of our sofas are 1 of 1, so we can deliver the same week you order, sometimes even same day, depending on your location!

Are the couches cleaned before sale?
Yes! Every single one of our sofas is Inspected, Disinfected, and goes through a 5 step cleaning process.

Where do you get sofas from?
Our inventory comes from a few different sources: 1. Overstocked couches directly from retailers. 2. Returned items from retailers or third-party liquidators. 3. Pre-owned couches from individuals who contact us for removal.

How can I know the condition of a couch I am interested in?
Each couch we offer is graded using a 5-tier system, ranging from "Fair", to "NEW", and will be noted on each product page.

Do you sell any new couches as well?
Yes, we do! We offer both new and used couches. For our new inventory, we maintain the same high quality standards that we apply to our used couches.

How do I know if the couch will fit in my space?
Each couch listing on our website has accurate dimensions either in the listing description. Make sure to measure your space and compare it with the dimensions we provide. Don’t forget to check doorways and hallways for clearance!

All sales are final, so we encourage you to carefully review all the details before purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out before purchasing, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Is there any warranty on your couches?
We do not offer an official warranty. However, our reputation along with your satisfaction is very important to us, so if any major issues come up, we’ll do our best to make it right and make you whole.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Cash in person, all major Credit/Debit cards through our website, as well as Zelle.
